01How often can I change electricity supplier?
A change is commonly possible each year, depending on the contract. A price increase usually creates a special cancellation right. Changing supplier is normally free and the electricity supply continues without interruption.
02What does an electricity tariff comparison show?
It shows whether the current tariff still fits. Annual consumption, unit price, basic charge, contract term and the follow-on price determine the comparison.
03Is green electricity more expensive?
Not necessarily. Many green tariffs are priced at a similar level to conventional tariffs. Cost, term and electricity origin should be checked together.
