Keep suitable company vehicles under one clear insurance structure.

A fleet solution can group suitable company vehicles under one framework contract. We review the vehicle mix, authorised drivers, use, claims history and cover options before preparing a comparison.

What this cover can solve for you.

Fleet structure, claims history and operational needs reviewed together

01

Authorised drivers

In the reviewed concept, authorised people can use the vehicles without every driver being named individually, subject to the policy terms.

02

One framework contract

Suitable vehicles can be organised in a shared contract structure instead of several unrelated individual policies.

03

Fleet-based rating

The insurer considers fleet size, vehicle mix, region, use and claims history when setting terms.

04

Vehicle damage options

Depending on the offer, options may include damage to insured vehicles, specified damage to the policyholder's own property and price protection for up to 36 months.

05

Claims and mobility support

Optional repair-shop management may combine a partner workshop, collection and delivery, a replacement car, cleaning and direct claims handling.

Getting specific

What we will clarify together.

A sound decision starts with the right facts, not a blanket price promise.

  1. 01

List the number and types of vehicles and how they are used

  2. 02

Review authorised drivers, private use and any wider driver group

  3. 03

Prepare claims history, current contracts and the intended start date

  4. 04

Compare liability, vehicle damage cover, excesses and mobility services

  5. 05

Check how vehicles are added to and removed from the framework contract

  6. 06

For the insurer campaign ending 15 November 2026, prepare at least 10 eligible vehicles, a prior-insurer loss ratio no higher than 60%, and claims records for the last three completed years plus the current year

Important: The reviewed concept may give added vehicles an SF 3 classification when at least three eligible existing vehicles meet its requirements. Its documents also mention cover for specified damage to the policyholder's own property up to €100,000 per calendar year and price protection for up to 36 months. A separate insurer campaign ending 15 November 2026 may waive the contractual 2028 adjustment for confirmed eligible new business. These are not general guarantees; written insurer confirmation, the current offer and policy terms control.

Frequently asked questions

In the reviewed concept, authorised people may drive the vehicles without every driver being named individually. The current policy terms define who is authorised.

03Which vehicle damage benefits may be available?
Depending on the offer and its conditions, options may include cover updates, specified damage to the policyholder's own property up to €100,000 per calendar year and new or replacement purchase price protection for up to 36 months.
04How can repair-shop management help after a claim?
If agreed, it may combine a partner workshop, collection and delivery, a replacement car, cleaning and direct claims handling.
05What determines the fleet contribution?
Factors include fleet size, vehicle types, region, use, claims history and selected benefits. No fixed saving can be promised before an insurer assesses the fleet.
